Personal Data Consent

This consent is given when submitting the contact form on this site. By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data" I freely, of my own will and in my own interest agree to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

Consent covers the data I enter into the contact form:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• subject of the enquiry;
• the text of the enquiry and any details I choose to include in it.

The form does not request special categories of personal data or biometric data.

• registering and reviewing my enquiry;
• preparing and sending a reply;
• contacting me about the matters raised in the enquiry;
• concluding and performing a contract, where the enquiry is aimed at that.

Processing for any other purpose, including marketing or newsletter mailings, is not covered by this consent and requires separate consent.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data — both by automated means and without them.

The Operator does not disclose or distribute personal data to third parties except where expressly required by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Operator may engage processors that support the operation of the site and the handling of enquiries, under Article 6(3) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, bound by confidentiality and by the protection requirements of Article 19 of that law.

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a free-form notice to hello@geekchain.io or by post to the Operator's address. On receiving a withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, except in the cases set out in Article 6(1)(2–11), Article 10(2) and Article 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
